If you are not familiar with our restaurant, Salvatori's has built a thriving business by word of mouth alone. One of our biggest proponents is Ryan DuVall, the restaurant critic for the Journal Gazette of Fort Wayne.

In 2009, Mr. DuVall honored us by including Salvatori's New Haven location in the Top of the Heap - the top five restaurants in the Fort Wayne area. In that article he stated, "This is my go-to place for everyday Italian. Owner Sam Leto has made significant strides to add unique specials to what is an already solid base of Italian staples."

In order to serve better you, reservations are now accepted. Larger parties can easily be accommodated at our west restaurant's new party room. Please be sure to make your reservations in advance as we often host birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, and other special events.
