May's Featured Entrée
Chicken Manicotti

Due to the overwhelming popularity of April's feature, we are continuing the chicken manicotti for the month of May.

Our hand-rolled chicken manicotti is a blend of stewed, Italian seasoned chicken breast, rice, ricotta cheese, fresh mushroom and spinach, baked in our creamy Balsamella sauce, then topped with a spoonful of marinara. Served with two slices of our garlic bread.

Featured Wine Movendo Moscato

As soon as the weather gets a bit warmer, it seems that people's taste in wine changes. Because of this, our choice for the featured wine is a little bit lighter. This month we would recommend pairing our Movendo Moscato with the chicken manicotti.

Moscato wines are known for being light, crisp, and sweet. This wine follows that tradition with a subtle effervesce, and a hint of pear and apricot. As this wine goes well with mild cheeses, it is a perfect fit with the manicotti.

For those of you who prefer a dry wine, I suggest our Bolla Pinot Grigio. This dry white would highlight the flavor of the stewed, seasoned chicken breast.
