Often times you go to a restaurant and order a meal because it looked good on the picture - only to be disappointed when the actual dish comes to the table. Therefore, we have created this page with real photos of our food.

The problem that we have at Salvatori's is our customers saying "Ooo, what was that?" as a dish goes to another table, "I'll have to try that next time." For all those guests, we hope this page helps...

Salvatori's Appetisers

Bruschetta

Our Bruschetta is a traditional Italian appetiser - Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, and fresh basil marinated with our own blend of spices on top of toasted ciabatta bread, then topped with mozzarella cheese.

Fresh Vegetable Crostini

Our fresh vegetable crostini is another Italian staple - Roma tomatoes, red onions, white onions, mushrooms, black and green olives, carrots, cabbage, green peppers, roasted red peppers, and banana peppers in our own Italian marinade. Served on toasted ciabatta bread and topped with mozzarella cheese.

Homemade Breadsticks

Handmade bread sticks from our fresh dough, baked golden brown and drizzled with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Served with your choice of two dipping sauces - garlic butter, cheese sauce, or marinara.

Garlic Cheese Bread

Four slices of ciabatta bread brushed with garlic butter, topped with mozzarella and cheddar, toasted golden brown. Served with a side of marinara.

Scampi Appetiser

Our most popular new addition. Six tiger shrimp simmered in your choice of a white wine garlic butter or marsala wine sauce and served over a bed of capellini (angel hair pasta). This photo shows the marsala sauce.

Sausage, Chicken & Roasted Peppers

A generous portion of Italian sausage, chicken, bell peppers, onions, and mancini peppers simmered in its own marinara. Served with four pieces of toasted ciabatta bread. Also available: Sausage & Roasted Mancini Peppers or Chicken & Roasted Mancini Peppers

Tomato Cucumber Salad

Fresh Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, and red and white onions marinated in our house Italian vinaigrette.

Pasta Salad

Chilled pasta with pepperoni, Roma tomatoes, carrots, red onions, green peppers, black olives, mushrooms, red cabbage, and parmesan cheese tossed in a sweet Italian vinaigrette.

Baked Penne

Penne pasta, ricotta cheese, fresh Italian herbs, and our rich meat sauce baked under a blanket of mozzarella cheese.

Fettuccini Alfredo

Our own rich Alfredo sauce seasoned with fresh garlic butter, black pepper and parmesan cheese tossed with fettuccini. This photo shows chicken and vegetables added (optional.)

Baked Spaghetti Supreme

Spaghetti tossed with our rich meat sauce and topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, capicola, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives, then baked under a blanket of mozzarella cheese, finally topped with marinara and shredded parmesan cheese.

Chicken Apulia

A savory blend of chicken breast, red onions, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes, and fresh basil tossed in a seasoned, light tomato sauce with rotini pasta.

Spinach Ravioli

Six raviolis filled with four cheeses and chopped spinach, topped with more fresh spinach and baked in a creamy balsamella sauce. Finished with a touch of marinara and asiago cheese.

Hand-rolled Cannelloni

Lasagna Noodles rolled with seasoned ground beef, rice, ricotta cheese and fresh Italian herbs, smothered in our rich meat sauce, and topped with Fontinella cheese.

Beef or Cheese Ravioli

Six raviolis filled with your choice of seasoned ground beef or a blend of four cheeses, smothered with our rich meat sauce or marinara.

Basilicata Sausage & Peppers

Large pieces of Italian sausage, onions, bell peppers, mancini peppers, and rigatoni tossed in its own marinara sauce.

Salvatori's Signature Lasagna

A hearty portion of our homemade lasagna layered with slices of our hand rolled meatballs and seasoned ricotta and mozzarella cheese, then baked in our rich meat sauce. Athough the lasagna is available in a half portion, trust me on this one - you want the whole darn thing.

Hand-rolled Manicotti

Lasagna Noodles rolled with ricotta cheese and fresh Italian herbs, served with your choice of meat sauce or marinara.
Add a meatball for $1.75 or sausage link for $2.25.

Fresh Pizza

Salvatori's rolls its fresh made dough thin and loads its pizza with toppings. Baked golden brown, this east coast style pizza will satisfy your craving for Authentic Italian-American pizza. Recommendation: 10" as a single serving, 14" feeds two... Try the Vegetable Supreme.
